About
A studio of one, with the output of ten
Hobobi is Carlos Seijas and a toolkit sharpened over six years. No account managers, no handoffs, no telephone game. You talk to the person who builds your project.
How this started
I started freelancing in 2020 building WordPress sites for small businesses. The work was good but the ceiling was obvious: one developer can only build so many websites in a year.
What changed was automation. Once I started wiring sites to WhatsApp flows and AI assistants, clients stopped asking for a website and started asking for a system that brings them customers. That is a different business, and a far more useful one.
Today Hobobi builds both: the site people land on, and the machinery that follows up when they leave.

How we work
Fixed scope, fixed price
You know the number before we start. If the scope grows, we quote the difference in writing first.
You own everything
Domain, hosting, code and accounts stay in your name. Leaving should always be possible.
Plain language
No jargon designed to make the work sound harder than it is. If you cannot explain it, you cannot approve it.
We say no
If a project is outside what we do well, we say so and point you elsewhere. A bad fit costs us both more than a lost sale.
